1. Public explanation pages

QBMConnect.com provides customer-facing pages for explaining the available QBM browser apps and the private-data model.

2. App web addresses

QSalesView and QClock can use customer-facing web addresses so authorized users can open the right app from a browser.

3. Controlled app connection

The app connection should be approved, monitored, and configured by the implementation team. Private QBM services should not be exposed directly to public browsers.

4. Private QBM Server

Leave QBM Server and the customer company database on the customer machine or private network. App access is configured by the Business Aim implementation team.

Customer responsibilities

Use QBM web access with the right controls.

  • Give access only to authorized users who need the app for their work.
  • Keep QBM Server and the company database inside the approved customer environment.
  • Review employee-monitoring notices before enabling QClock GPS, IP, browser, or device evidence collection.
  • Ask the implementation team to verify the final access setup before public use.
